Programs and Donations
We support the following programs or organizations and often select a Mission Project to support. The description of the Current Mission Project will appear in the Blog section of the website.
No Limits Mission
No Limits is an original program of Featherfoot Trail geared towards providing educational grants for foster youth who wish to pursue higher education through community colleges, technical schools or universities.
At the inception of this program, it was found that few educational grants are available to foster youth and of those that are available, the majority specify which school and course of study qualify.
As the name of our grant program indicates, we don’t believe the choice(s) of foster youth should be limited when it comes to education and career goals. Their past experience(s) should not place limits on their future achievements.
One hundred percent of the monies donated to the No Limits program go directly towards educational grants. If you wish to donate towards other specific needs of these youth such as transportation (bus, rail, subway passes), technology needs (laptops, software) or educational supplies (including textbooks), please specify in the comment box on the donation form.
As participants of this program, students will be involved in community volunteerism.
The first educational grants will be available in the spring of 2024.
