What is

Featherfoot Trail?

Featherfoot Trail is the result of an educator’s answered prayer. Providing a multi-media cross-curricular educational resource library for those with varying learning styles (Grades 3-6) was on my heart.

“I instruct you in the way of wisdom and lead you along straight paths.”

Proverbs 4:11

The resources contain particular emphasis on nature, active education, the arts and multi-cultural learning, keeping in mind Christian values and the development of life skills. Educationally, promoting the involvement of youth, through discovery and hands-on learning, is a priority.

There are individuals and organizations who have been generous in their contributions toward this project and you will find their information in the Donations section (on the “No Limits” page) of the website.

Featherfoot Trail will experience consistent growth as new resources are added weekly. In the case of music, the songs range from current music to those which date back to almost 1900. I believe it is important for youth to understand the locations, eras and history of the nation(s), noting growth and changes throughout time, both through music and other mediums.

I believe that God, throughout our walk of faith, wants us to experience joy and laughter while learning about His creations. Looking at some of the things God created, both human and animal, it is apparent that God does have a sense of humor.

“He will yet fill your mouth with laughter, and your lips with a shout of joy.”

Job 8:21
